"I'm falling up flights of stairs..."

I don't normally spend too much time thinking about celebrities.

It occurred to me, though -- I didn't know whether Lisa Loeb and Dweezil Zappa were still together.

But it looks like they broke up in 2004.

The kitty is now testing out the door-latch. He's like "can I push this open even when it's latched?"

- Many thanks to that Martin character for some kickin' El-P and Cannibal Ox... El-P rocks out so hard, guh! "Plug it in, give it a name, man of the house, helps sustain, wearin' the pants, you can relax, one of the pack, nuclear fam..."

- Poetry 'bot tonight :) This is so much easier to focus on then less-fun things... there are so many interesting natural-language-processing things happening in the world... so many enormous lists of words compiled... it seems like a lot of the research groups doing these things are in the UK: Sheffield, Cambridge, Edinburgh... well, there or CMU. And the Cyc kids have this enormous knowledge bases about language... it makes me want to get into opencyc... (although Cycorp doesn't really want to hire you until you've got a doctorate, it seems...)
