Window washers are rappelling past the office. They make a really satisfying "thunk, thunk!" noise as they expertly swing back and forth, anchoring themselves briefly with big suction cups and squeegeeing. It's a 14-story building.

I wonder what sort of training they go through? How do you practice that? ...
