gtv42 cat hipped me to Omegle. It's pretty much the greatest thing -- it pairs you with a randomly chosen anonymous stranger, and you chat!
I've had a few interesting conversations on it. One with a guy from Canada, about hip hop. And another, just now, with a kid who's studying biochemistry, about talking to people on the site, about going to school, and where the expression "bite the bullet" might come from.
