Mitnick versus the Kupers
Sometimes, you're famed security consultant (and one-time convicted blackhat) Kevin Mitnick. And sometimes, you tweet about how you're at the Hard Rock Cafe, having a margarita. I just. I don't even... He does this a lot!
About eight zillion times better than being at any Hard Rock Cafe (even the one in Las Vegas) is hanging out with Lindsey's family in Iowa; such lovely people. deepdistraction keeps making extraordinarily delicious food, and a lot of it was with apples and vegetables that she grew right here!
Keith showed me the cattle; he mostly grows corn, but on the side, he raises fluffy cows (and steer; now I know what a steer is), who live outside and eat grass and apples. They're going to be butchered in a few days, actually -- but as far as eating meat goes, this is about the best way to do it.
We'll head back to Bloomington tomorrow morning, and drop Maya back in Chicago on the way. Lots of driving.
