veggie-licious nopalito burrito
ingredients:
large tortilla
veggie burger
nopalitos (little pickled chunks of cactus -- fairly popular in Mexico, probably available in the grocery store)
peanut butter
salsa
black pepper
Nuke the veggieburger according to the instructions on the box. Then nuke the tortilla for about 10 seconds. Tear the veggieburger into little chunks, and then put it, with a smattering of all the other ingredients, onto the tortilla, wrap the assemblage up, and grill it in a George Foreman Grill (knock out the fat!) until it's slightly crispy on the outside.
Serves 1. Although you'll want another one, because it's surprisingly quite good :)
In further culinary-adventure news, Marty just made pasta with alfredo sauce, and it's very nice.
