i vote he gets the "stunning courtesy in the face of buildings" award. i doubt we'll see much other competition for it this year.

buildings are becoming increasingly allergic to air-borne pollens and other such particulates. However, they usually manage to sneeze when people are not around. Seconding delamancha, your courtesy is to be lauded.
