Runner's log: Tonight's run was on my own; one outside loop, then went 'round Ferst to North Ave, down Techwood, up the Hill, over to the CoC, then out to Fowler and back around 10th. It felt good, fairly quick. 46:42, and I'll call it six miles because I think that's about how far it was. Ah, and my new gloves work nicely... rather like... gloves, strangely enough.
