So I sent in the application for JHU's CLSP summer workshop thing... and within a few minutes, they sent an email back, saying they'd get back to me within the week, as to who they picked...

*dances* Yarrrgh, that would be cool. And if not, then I'll do something else :)

I'm getting used to the idea that I might as well be at Tech until next Spring. I mean, there's no rush... graduate with a bachelor's in four years? Perfect. And if I'm here, then I'm here with my peoples, and this will be beautiful. And I've only got five /required/ classes left, so over two semesters, I can be all laid back and smug and take Compilers and whatever random interesting classes I choose -- philosophy? More history? More Spanish? ... it's one of those lovely situations where there's No Wrong Choice :)

Oh! Oh! And on a terribly, terribly geeky note, Lex Spoon has this absurdly cool Perl script that spits L_AT_EX resumes, and I used that. It's like insanely great.

I feel like I had a lot more to say, but... eh, whatever. Off to go visit Ashok...

I think this weekend, I want to sit and read all the things I've been meaning to read... and maybe clean my keyboard. Yes. It could use that.

In some small number of hours, I'ma headed for Tallahassee. Yay :)
