ATL to JAX to ATL to unconsciousness
Aug. 29th, 2004 01:06 amSo it's about 18 hours after I left this morning...
- UNF seems like a very friendly place, and Natalie looks to be pretty happy there, after the first week... the campus is kind of set off from the rest of Jacksonville, on its own chunk of land, but it's not all that isolated -- a quick trip down the road takes you to The Beach and rather a lot of city. The dorm rooms there are both lovely and enormous... particularly when compared with the accomodations offered to firstyears at Tech. She's doing well :) Everybody's happy about this. Yay for Natalie!
- We had interesting discussions about stuff, Natalie and the paternal unit and I... and he's in the process of losing a lot of weight. He's down about 10 pounds, and he looks good. Inspiration for all of us to hit the sidewalks and the weights and the pools and...
- I listened to a lot of music, driving there and back.
- Can't complain too much. But I can pass out... life is pretty good, though :)
