I have a desk now, in the AI lab in the CRB -- the rest of the guys who hang out here are hoopy froods... sadly, this dad-blammed SunRay "net appliance ultra-thin client" thing won't let me log in, and I'd like to use it, because I'm a dork and I like the idea of using a thin-client and anyway that's how Patrick does most of his stuff. It's a good way to get people to feel wanted and do a lot of work, giving them a desk -- I feel like part of the club, now. I want to spend all my time here and get sufficiently moved in and get down to business... what's your setup like at NEU, Stevie sstrickl? And did Olin get you hooked up with a desk and a SunRay when you were here?

I drove Whitney elysianboarder's future roomies to Publix, and they bought cupcakes for their friends's birthday party, and that was adorable. Everybody needs birthday parties with cupcakes and maybe little party hats.

Also: I want to use all of this stuff that does analogies on diagrams and make diagrammatic representations of stories and find metaphors and maybe with enough processing ferret out archetypes automatically. I expect that I have a complex in my mind that makes me want to automate English majors.
