yourusername assures us that it's a beautiful world, fundamentally consistent and non-arbitrary. This idea makes him very happy. Hooray :) Also: other Alex M and Jesika (Lloyd's Very Hottest Sister) are around, and if you're me earlier tonight and happen to be over at the Lloyd's family residence, you would run into them. He's been busy architecturing and Not Sleeping, but seems pretty cheerful for it.
Sometimes, when you're at Village Inn, you unexpectedly run into Derickbrainfaucet and Alan (emptyset) and their heretofore unknown friend Kelsey yourusername who happens to be an occasionally lapsing-into-waffle-eating raw vegan. And sometimes the waitress (Hellen -- bizarrely also vegan; she could maybe launch 638 ships) gets into the fun that is our Village Inn visit, plays along with Alan by threatening him with peanut butter (of which he's apparently mortally frightened) and gives us hugs as we're leaving.
Tallahassee is pretty awesome, it turns out. Yay :)

(also: that Lloyd kid has been listening to The Books. But he hasn't heard that The Books vs. Prefuse 73 album, and he should.)
