RFC: So somebody who's better at this than me (possibly a future me with a little more practice and some time on his hands) needs to pick apart "Let The Sunshine In" from Fifth Dimension and make it into something else. It's as if they wanted it sampled -- the recording I found is at a brisk 120bpm and the measures line right up in GarageBand!

It starts at measure 70...

Alsø vik: I'd been listening to Danger Doom... and in this one track ("Old School"), they have this amazing horns-flute-piano loop with these echoing, kinda dirty-sounding drums, like it came out of an awesome cheap drum machine... makes me want to spin around on the floor on my head :) )

(Alsø alsø vik: Mos Def rocks pretty hard! And he often uses this sort of sample! Who knew?)

People of the United Kingdom,

It's come to my attention that in aerospace engineering contexts, you may be using a different set of reference axes for discussing space. And I say unto you, verily -- right, up, and forward are positive. Please correct any practices you might be employing that describe "down" with positive numbers. To do otherwise would be unconscionable, especially in light of our shared cultural heritage with respect to such fundamental concepts as positivity.

Thanks in advance,
