HOWTO feel good (if you're me)
Feb. 5th, 2009 05:18 pmFeeling good is good.
I need to learn to recognize when I'm about to overcommit myself; it usually looks like me saying "Sure, I can help with that too! I'll get right on it." I should stay more focused, do fewer things at once, and do them consciously and methodically. Making lists is good for me, but not my natural inclination. I need to develop the habit.
And when I'm getting things done steadily (and feeling appreciated for it), getting exercise, and getting enough sleep? That's when I feel good. (seeing that Lindsey character more often would help too; working on that).
