trampoline class!

chrisamaphone and I headed over to the Trapeze School after work today, and we did the trampoline class. It was pretty great, but just one class was not nearly enough! There were four people taking turns working with the instructor, so the amount of bouncing that you could do in a class period was somewhat limited. But Trapeze School is amazing -- during Trampoline Class, there are people swinging by on a trapeze. And the people working out there are such wild acrobats -- after class, our instructor did a handstand on a moving skateboard, totally effortless.
And we did back flips (with a safety harness thing that I wasn't necessarily a fan of, but I think goes away pretty soon). I kind of wish I'd gotten into this sooner, so I could have taken more classes over the summer! I think I'd have a new favorite athletic pursuit... that is an extremely bouncy trampoline they have.
