two things, should be one thing
Sep. 24th, 2010 10:35 amI seem to be taking a lot of (Computational) Linguistics classes. Right now, I'm planning on having that be my PhD minor, which is five classes. So, right on track for that -- finishing #4 this semester.
But Wren

yourusername and Sandra point out that the difference between "minor in Computational Linguistics" and dual-major PhD could come down to just taking two extra linguistics classes, and possibly some wrangling with the quals system. I was planning on having either Markus or Sandra on my committee anyway...
Should I do it? (alternatively, I could get a franchise for a delicious falafel restaurant.)
