mini-submission situation!
Oct. 21st, 2010 03:09 pmLast night I put in a two-page abstract (micro-paper?) for a workshop on machine translation in Israel! That's ((a workshop on machine translation) in Israel), not (a workshop on (machine translation in Israel)). Although the latter might be interesting?
We'll see what they think. I spent too much time coding relative to writing, especially considering that (a) my code doesn't work yet and that's OK-ish because they said work-in-progress work is alright and (b) I didn't spend enough time coding or writing.
But I did write down what I'm working on for Sandra's class (the project was suggested to me by Mike, and I like it), and it made me clarify my plan and check some references at the very least.
I'll probably post what I sent in over on that other, boring-er blog
penguinparens. I know you're on the edge of your seat.
