Just got done with the ACL conference in Sofia, Bulgaria, and that was pretty great! My presentation was on Thursday, at the Hybrid Translation conference; while I had a fairly small audience, people seemed to like the talk. Actually, a few people even told me they liked the talk!
Two tales from the road, on my G+ (I'll write more later):
- Berlin's airport is pretty much the worst.
- Bulgarian folk-fusion music. Oratnitza, your new favorite Bulgarian band! I saw these guys performing on the street in Sofia; they're pretty rad.
