It's like arXiv, but for people who consider arXiv to be PLAGUED WITH CENSORSHIP about what you can post, completely unfriendly to OUTSIDER and AMATEUR SCIENTISTS.
Anyway, so... I had this idea for an art project.
Create at least two super-crackpot AGI Theorist personae who keep coming up with Revolutionary Frameworks for Creating The First True Artificial Intelligence and also Streamlining Web Services and...
Have them duel it out. Through papers on viXra. Anger, vitriol, pointed accusations of intellectual dishonesty and intentional misrepresentations of the other one's positions.
It's an epistolary novel, in a sense. Or like... RP fanfic.
