bitterchris points out that what's happenin' in the Yay Area is "Hyphy". Also: here and here (this looks comprehensive). Get remedial, y'all! Ride that yellow bus! I think I have a handle on Crunk, and the Krump aesthetic I can totally get behind, but my head hasn't quite wrapped around Keak Da Sneak or ghost-ridin' yet. Maybe somebody from the Yay can explain it...

- Also! I'm back in Atlanta :) And while there was a lovely party here in Home Park last night (mostly for folks who'd helped out at GHP), The Party is now officially on its way to Greensboro, NC, as Andrewsault is up there house-hunting this very moment. Sorry, Yay Area.
