(no subject)

printf("shiver in eternal darkness/n"); is a pretty awesome name for an album.

Finals week is a good time for introspection.

I've determined that failure-recovery is not one of my good qualities. When I start to screw something up, it gets really screwed up. If I'm winning, I win, but once I start losing, I lose hard. (anecdotally, Martin [livejournal.com profile] samarin can come back from the edge of defeat to beat me at videogames, for example, but without momentum, I'm toast)

Which is interesting in light of the final I'm about to take, which relates to scalable and gracefully-degrading distributed operating systems. Thankfully, it's the last big thing for the semester. Which has degraded fairly non-gracefully.

I'm okay :) Alright, go go gadget exam-taking!

You will rock!

And you get to do whatever you want after that!

I did rock, actually!

I had fairly intelligent things to say about all the questions! (except that one, but I had a glimmer of a memory about what it was getting at...)

Your C coding has failed you

Yo, so /n? I know you know better than that. ;)

One of my irrational pet peeves is when people confuse \ and /, actually...

*nods* It's the title of the album, it turns out... I should've put [sic] in the entry :) It's unknown whether vsnares himself meant to make it like that, or what!

I know what you mean about semesters decaying non-gracefully...

...having had that happen myself more than a few times.  Failure-recovery can be learned through experience, though I wouldn't recommend taking that route if you can manage to avoid it.  If you can't, on the other hand, well...  A little schizophrenia and a lot of alcohol goes a long way.(Or is that the other way around?)
