weekend long run: Centennial Olympic Park and Decatur

- Hey-o. (16.6 miles).

I didn't feel great on the way back in, but it's totally beautiful out today. I think my body's not super-happy from working fairly late and missing some training runs during the week. I'll do better this week, and probably eat more, leading up to the next long run.
