weekend long run: lenox mall and atlantic station

Today: Out and back (15.3 miles). Hrm. I visited the city's exciting shopping areas. But I did it really fast. The way out was (impractically) punchy, probably because I had Bad Religion in my head. I had enough left for a few good kicks on the way back in, but those last few miles were kind of painful. There's something to be said for running fast in a storm, though. Beautiful day: warm even though the rain was coming down the whole way. The sidewalks were rivers, and cars kept on splashing me but it didn't matter because I was already soaked through. \m/
