I haven't been super focused today. I'm all atwitter, like everybody else.
But! I'm taking the day off tomorrow to help drive people to the polls. Let's do this. If we don't swing Georgia, it won't be for lack of trying. South DeKalb will have unprecedentedly high turnout; the rest of the state, we'll see how the other GOTV efforts do.
Yesterday, I had a really good training run -- went out to the mall and back (~14 miles), and took it slightly faster on the way back. On the average, I was going just over 7 mph; this is faster than my target race pace.
I'm roughly ready to scream. But, I think, in a good way.

It's organized by the Obama campaign, but we obviously can't make people vote for anybody in particular. It is, however, a mostly African-American neighborhood.
