It is -- at least, last time I had food at that particular location, which was before the first time I headed up to Boston. When I came back down for a couple of years, there were other similar hot dog places in both Sandy Springs and in Suwanee, so I haven't been back since :)

(The similar places likewise use Vienna pure beef products, which apparently is a must for any hot dog place, at least outside Chicago, that purports to make a real Chicago dog.)
