markluffel gave me a little Arduino, and I'm thinking (and reading) about cool projects I could do with it. It's adorable, and full of DIY open-source hacker moral fiber! (thanks Mark!)
I went to the Aikido class tonight! I enjoyed it! The club is really friendly and welcoming. The only question is whether taking on an extracurricular is going to be worth the time. There's so much cool stuff to do in life.

Honestly, it was a much better experience than the one I had with the local capoeira group -- the website says exactly what to expect and what you're supposed to do, and the instructor seemed happy that I was there. And they started pretty much when they said they would!
I'm going again tonight!
