Apr. 7th, 2003 07:34 pmToday, I'm Squeaking.
Squeak can occasionally be upsetting. Eh. It's really not ... that bad... there could just be more documentation, really. And fewer of the classes could be b0rked. And it could be the OS itself (I think this is what it really wants to be), and the interface could be nicer, and it could maybe crash less often, and there could be better instructions for how to install new packages.
I'm actually waiting for some code from Reed, on which my little chunk of the 2340 project depends. I'm still around.
These next few days are going to be interesting. I've got this Squeaking on Squeaken to do, which ... should really be the last big chunk of code I need to put together -- Daniel and Lisa are doing most of the web interface stuff. ... and then I've got a big chunk of combo to get done, and really I need to finish Project 4 for 2200 before the weekend, when Esther will be around... and then I really need to get some more code laid down for holyfire... and ...
Okay, calm -- one thing at a time :) There are many days left in the week. And after I get tonight's Squeakification figured out, then I'll sit and write about the weekend and various things that'd been going through my head as of late.
"Trinity -- you can make it. Now go!"
