The current state of affairs 'round these parts is about to change quite rapidly... both of my FSU classes this summer were only for the first half of the session, so as of tomorrow afternoon, any weight training and Linux kernel programming I'm doing won't be for a grade, just for my own benefit... *laughs* Until the fall, that is, when I take the Tech's CS3210, affectionately known as the "Linux with the iPaq Class".

But between now and then... "between now and then", you might ask, "what will you be doing, Alex?"

It turns out that we're going to go galavant around on the other side of the pond -- Natalie (mi hermanita) was all excited about this idea, and her excitement caught on -- I'd been feeling boring, thinking "eh, it'll be nice to have a few weeks to hang around and run in the woods, maybe play on the computer and install a new Linux distro or something..." but she wanted to go. So we're going, because we've already got the plane tickets and a hotel lined up for Paris. And we're just going to do a circularly-linked-list of "reserve for the next city, go there, and while we're there, figure out where we're going next". And we're planning for one stop on our grand tour (or one node in our datastructure, to continue this Bad Metaphor) to be in Rome, where we'll meet up with the Lloydinator, who's going there for a study abroad so's he can pick up Italian and Italian chicks ("study a broad? capital idea!").

Oh my goodness, and we leave this very next Monday that happens. Yow.

But between now and then ... our cousin Matt is coming to visit for a while. Yay! :) He's just slightly older than I am, and we spent a whole lot of time together when we were younger... he just graduated from UCF. So, depending on how much time I spend in the lab tonight (but not tomorrow night), we should have some fun here in Tallahassee, before the sister and myself skip the continent...

I may or may not be updating during that time period. I assume you guys can go two weeks without your oniugnip fix, but you might not have to :)
