More Interesting Things!

- GNU readline. It's much more complex than you might think it would be, if you look underneath the hood... function pointers and setjmp() all over the place. And it's pretty well ubiquitous; most things that do tab-completion (ftp, bash...) use it.
- The Masquerade. I went over there to try to get tickets for today's Red Elvises show, but the area was filled with hundreds upon hundreds of kids wearing black clothes and funny haircuts and spikey bracelets and Bad Clown Makeup... for the Insane Clown Posse show last night... that was really bizarre. They were jammed-up around the ticket booth, occasionally crowd-surfing. The staff couldn't print out tickets for me... so I went back today to pick them up. Red Elvises show tonight, yay! :) Everybody reading this is still invited.
- My dream this morning... I didn't sleep super-well last night, and I had one of those "anxiety about feeling like you have to be in two places at once" dreams. I'd found out that I was signed up for classes both at FSU and at my highschool, which are on opposite sides of Tallahassee and then remembered that Maclay's schedule rotates daily, so that I could never be there when my class (Health! ... ah, health classes) were set to happen. Ah, school anxiety dreams. Where would the world be without them?
- Running. It's been perfect weather for running. Last night was lovely -- I went out and did about four and a half miles, and the moon was out, and the clouds were half-covering the sky and all full of moonlight, and it was cool, and I felt good.
