Johnny Ramone and Jon J. Johnston -- never photographed together

Aside from the extreme triteness of finding things and ideas and sensations and people momentarily unappealing... I spent a good part of today finding things and ideas and sensations and people unappealing.

*laughs* So, so true. So representative of the human condition...

But you know what? My philosophy class is going to be absolutely amazing... the professor, whose name is in fact Jon J. Johnston, reminds me of an amalgamation of my maternal grandfather and Mr. Camarda from Maclay, has this beautiful classroom manner and exudes deep insight and gets interesting discussions going... and it's always exciting when you hear engineer kids expressing their thoughts about being and time (not Sein und Zeit, but... you know...) in terms of calculus.

Also research is going to be cool. My research group is perhaps minimally unappealing.

And other things. And people, and experiences... *shrugs* Just some bytes, going from here to there. Back to your regularly scheduled LJ-ing; move along.
