'(hallo again)
Dec. 29th, 2004 05:09 pmSo on Boxing Day, we went to Atlanta, Lloyd
yourusername and I... and we popped up to Whitney
elysianboarder's house and visited with her family (her little brothers are adorable) and played video games and watched movies and hung out. And it was fun :)
Then, the next day, we went to the Third Day Of Christmas party at psiu, and we hung out with Strick and his people (there was one guy, maybe slightly younger than Strick, whose name isn't coming to me, but he just radiated l337ness and kindness and knowledge, and he was telling us about how he'd taken a bicycle tour through southern Asia, and how the Sikhs thought he was cool because he had a haircut like theirs...) and that was fun, too. Also in the afternoon, we hung out at Piedmont Park. And yesterday, we went to Zoo Atlanta and looked at bats and elephants and red pandas and snakes and kangaroos.
And last night, we came back to Tallahassee, sadly without a Whitney. But you can't win 'em all. But everybody likes roadtrips with Lloyd. (and if you don't have a philosophy major handy, you might not recognize that AI and computer science in general are nothing more than applied philosophy... like physics : mechanical engineering :: philosophy : AI...)
I should post some pictures. Because I know everybody likes it when I post pictures.
