alexr_rwxJack LaLanne is the man. He's 93, and still works out every day. And he spent decades having a fitness TV show and doing ridiculous-awesome feats of strength like swimming long distances while towing boats, or doing a thousand pullups. (or, apparently 1033 push-ups. Jebus).
Here he is at 88. You never thought about working out your face, did you?

(It took me until I was 20 to learn how to close one eye, and I have to do it so slowly and painstakingly that there's no way it could be considered a wink.)
