You're an inspiration to us all -- a gentleman, a scholar, a musician and an athlete. You help your friends keep perspective about what's important, and what we're trying to do. You know what it means to mix sound, and to mix Markov chains, and to mix gin and tonic; you know how to help us think consciously about creativity. You make all kinds of crazy music, and post relatively cryptic pictures on your flickr stream without explanation.

I think the last time I saw him was when I erroneously followed him to his family's house in Athens one night. I was trying to go somewhere else at the time but was a bit lost, and then I realized I was behind the "Coleman" van. Ended up helping move boxes of books.
