It's sort of a strange-feeling day... I woke up feeling kinda surly, singin' NIN songs in my head which would not be good for cheerful karaoke...

There was a young lady, sitting in front of me in Physics class today, wearing a Teen Girl Squad shirt, and I found this really amusing, so obviously, I went and drew Trogdor The Burninator on a little scrap of paper and placed it on her shoulder at the end of the class. She seemed half amused and half frightened, and popped off right quick immediately afterwards.

Trogdor strikes again!

Aside from that little bit of non-creativity, I haven't been feeling like humanity is particularly exciting today. For the past day or so, people have not been clever and charming. It'll pass. Just being a moody post-teen with moody post-teen angst.

Scales, spineities, and angry eyebrows.

Maybe it's something to do with the weather. All dank and miserable.

::giggles at Trogdor::

Hrm. I'm sorry that there's been a dearth of clever/charming people in your life. ::sends you hugs:: Here's to more worthwhile people existing in your general vicinity.

Incidentally, I was standing in line for dinner today, and the guy behind me mentioned something about how ELEC here had been CompE back at Georgia Tech, so I turned and asked him, and it turned out that he'd transfered from Tech. He's a junior this year, but he didn't know anyone whose names I mentioned - he had, however, been in Psi U. :-)

What cheery Nine Inch Nails songs were you singing? I find that they are a wonderful deterrent if you are un-desiring of the opposite gender's attentions. Pretty much everything off of Broken keeps one dateless depending on the volume and intensity you sing the songs at. Especially if you spout of the lyrics after someone tries to talk to you. Once again, the volume and intensity are the crucial ingredients. Consider the sensitivities of the person you are singing to, however, and also the time and place. Screaming "BUT MY HEART IS A WHORE" in the middle of lecture when someone passes you a note, for example, is probably not conducive to any other endeavors you may have.

Secondly, perhaps these people haven't read the correct manuals (http://www.391.org/manifestos/tristantzara_how.htm) on being likeable, charming, and delightful. Simply send them that link and watch the increase in likeability.

And, although modern medicine doesn't support this assertion, I believe post-teen angst is healthy. *coughs awkwardly*
